From a raw geode to a finished necklace, each step is carried out by hand.
01 · Slice
A geode is cut into slices, revealing its natural bands, crystals, and openings. Every cross-section has a character of its own.
02 · Shape and polish
Each slice is shaped and polished individually. Its natural outline and crystal texture guide the finished pendant.
03 · Wrap and finish
The edge is wrapped with copper foil and finished with silver-tone, lead-free solder. The hand-worked edge follows the contours of the stone.
04 · Assemble
Haylie adds the cord and findings, then photographs the individual necklace so its details can be explored before purchase.
